Events
The following events will be used to promote the CASS project , disseminate information on partner CASS activities, and raise awareness of local river rules and policies relating to conservation measures.
SNH lead events
Annual Partner meeting 2005: The CASS Annual Partner meeting was held at the Dewars Centre, Perth on 25 October 2006.
Annual Partner meeting 2006: The CASS Annual Partner meeting was held at the Dewars Centre, Perth on 8 November, 2006.
ASFB lead events
Partners lead events
Dee DSFB: The Dee DSFB had a display at the Banchory Agricultural Show on 29 July 2006. The stand exhibited pictures of work from the CASS project and Board staff were on hand to answer any questions from the public. The day was deemed a success as the Board were able to disseminate information about the project to the general public, a sector which they would not usually liase with.
Kyle of Sutherland DSFB: The Kyle of Sutherland DSFB held a one-day event for stakeholders at the Oykel Bridge Hotel on 8 July 2006. Presentations and a field demonstration were given on electrofishing.
