Scale and Resolution of Mapping

The smallest size of features which were mapped from the air photography was approximately 0.1 hectares for areal features and 30 metres for linear features. Each of the 464 sample squares was mapped from 1940s, 1970s and 1980s photography in order to estimate land cover stock and change
