LIFE+ Concept Note (size 632kb) 
For LIFE+ Nature and Biodiversity projects that are led in Scotland, it is mandatory to complete and submit this form by 29 May 2009. You are advised to read all relevant guidance material that is provided at
the European Commission website before completing this form.
Scottish Sites Notification (size 588KB)
For LIFE+ Nature and Biodiversity projects that are led from outside
Scotland but that include sites in Scotland, it is mandatory to
complete and submit this form by 29th May 2009.
For LIFE+ Nature and Biodiversity projects, a blank Form A8 and completed Sections B1 and B2 of the application form must be submitted to the Scottish Government by 24th July 2009. They will complete and return Form A8 in time for the applicant to meet the final submission deadline to the UK Contact Point of 15th September 2009 (see Contacts below).
